Endless Construction Group provides specialised strata waterproofing services across Sydney, supporting strata managers and owners corporations in resolving waterproofing defects, ongoing water ingress, and compliance-related issues.

The majority of strata waterproofing works are remedial in nature. Our role is to identify the cause of failure, implement durable rectification solutions, and deliver outcomes that reduce repeat repairs, disputes, and ongoing maintenance costs.

Building Commission Experience

We have regularly been engaged on strata sites following Building Commission inspections where existing waterproofing works were rejected. In these instances, we assess, rectify, certify, and insure the waterproofing works to achieve compliance and final approval.

Warranty & Insurance

Endless Construction Group does not undertake strata waterproofing works with less than a 7-year warranty. Depending on the nature of the building — residential or commercial — and the scope of works, strata warranties typically range from 7 to 20 years.

All strata works are performed under $20 million Public Liability Insurance, providing confidence to owners corporations and managing agents.
