Residential Waterproofing Scope

Building Commission & Defect Rectification Experience

In addition to new residential construction, Endless Construction Group has extensive experience attending residential sites following Building Commission inspections where waterproofing works completed by others have been deemed non-compliant.

• Remove and reinstate waterproofing systems correctly

Warranty & Insurance

We do not undertake residential waterproofing works with less than a 7-year warranty. Residential waterproofing warranties are typically provided for 7 to 10 years, subject to project scope and system selection.

All residential works are performed under $20 million Public Liability Insurance, providing confidence to clients and project stakeholders.
